Check what Meta Graph API can access for your token and account

Token setup

The bot requires an access token. The system automatically exchanges it for a long-lived token. Open Graph API Explorer →
  1. Select the app aidesign-bot
  2. Click "User or Page" → Get User Access Token (NOT “Page Access Token” — otherwise Instagram cannot be detected automatically!)
  3. Add permissions: pages_messaging, instagram_basic, instagram_manage_comments, instagram_manage_messages, pages_show_list
  4. Click Generate Access Token → confirm
  5. Copy the token using the 📋 button (next to the token field) — do not select it with the mouse; manual selection may truncate the token
  6. Paste it below — the field will show its length. A full token starts with EAA and is usually 200+ characters long
Can't link Instagram automatically? Enter the ID manually
Find it in Business Suite → Settings → Instagram accounts → ID

Still not working? Connect Instagram directly (without Facebook) — the system will detect the Instagram ID:

(sign in with Instagram, not Facebook)

New rule

Variables: {username} — commenter's name
When enabled, non-followers receive a follow prompt and materials are sent only after they follow
Leave blank to use the default message
